These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and EarnzonePro ("we", "us" or "our"), governing your use of the EarnzonePro mobile application, the website at earnzone.co.in and all games and features we provide (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, or by using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use EarnzonePro. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement, that the information you give us is true and complete, and that you are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that using EarnzonePro, and receiving payouts from it, is lawful where you live. We may refuse or restrict service in any territory at our discretion.
One person may hold one account only.
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access your account, and for all activity that occurs under it. Tell us immediately at support@earnzone.co.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to keep your account details — particularly your payout details — accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for payments that fail or are misdirected because the details you gave us were wrong.
You may not sell, rent, transfer or share your account with anyone else.
Coins are a virtual, in-app unit used to track activity on EarnzonePro. You may earn coins by completing tasks, watching rewarded advertisements, playing games, maintaining daily streaks and referring new users, subject to the limits shown in the app.
Coins are not money, and they have no cash value until a withdrawal request has been approved and processed by us. Coins are not your property, cannot be transferred between accounts, cannot be sold or exchanged outside EarnzonePro, and carry no interest.
We may adjust, withhold or reverse coins credited in error, credited through a technical fault, or credited in connection with activity that breaches section 7. Where an advertising or offer partner reverses a reward after we have credited it, we may deduct the corresponding coins from your balance.
Reward rates, daily limits, cooldowns and the minimum withdrawal threshold may change at any time. Changes apply from the moment they are published in the app and do not affect withdrawals already approved.
The games on earnzone.co.in are provided free of charge and may be played by anyone, whether or not they hold an EarnzonePro account. Playing on the open web is for entertainment only and earns no coins.
Coins are earned only when you play through the EarnzonePro app while signed in, and only when you complete a round and claim the result. Each game shows the maximum coins a single round can pay.
All scores are subject to verification before coins are credited. We may cap the coins awarded for a round, apply cooldowns between rounds, reject results that appear to have been altered or automated, and refuse duplicate submissions of the same round. Our determination of a round's outcome is final.
Our games are skill-based, contain no purchase requirement, and do not involve betting or wagering. Nothing you earn requires you to stake coins or money.
Redemption happens on this website, not in the EarnzonePro app. The app is where you play games and collect coins; it does not offer gift cards, payouts or any way to convert coins into money. When you are ready to redeem, the app links you to earnzone.co.in/rewards, where you sign in with the same account and choose a reward.
Once your balance reaches the minimum threshold shown at the point of redemption, you may request a reward through the methods we support there.
If a payout fails because of details you provided, the coins will normally be returned to your balance so you can correct the details and try again.
EarnzonePro only works if rewards go to genuine users. You must not:
Breaching this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of your entire coin balance, including pending withdrawals, without notice or liability.
The Service includes advertising, including rewarded video ads you may choose to watch, and may link to offers operated by third parties. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it.
Any dealings you have with a third-party advertiser or offer provider — including anything you buy, download or sign up for — are solely between you and them, and are governed by their terms and privacy policies.
We provide the Service on an "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend or remove any feature, game, task type or reward at any time, and we may carry out maintenance that makes the Service temporarily unavailable.
We aim to give notice of significant changes, but we may act immediately where needed to protect the Service, our users, or to comply with the law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users from harm or fraud.
You may stop using EarnzonePro and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app, from our account deletion page, or as described in our Privacy Policy. Closing your account forfeits any unredeemed coin balance.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 4, 7, 11, 12 and 13 — continue to apply after your account ends.
The EarnzonePro name, logo, app, website, games, artwork, code and all related material are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. All of our games are original works created by EarnzonePro.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Service except to the extent the law expressly permits it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific amount can be earned.
EarnzonePro is not an investment, employment or guaranteed-income scheme. Amounts earned depend entirely on the activity you choose to complete, and we make no representation about how much any user can earn.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost coins. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount successfully withdrawn by you in the three months before the claim, or ₹10,000.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
