Delete Your Account

Version 1.0.0 Last updated 16 August 2026 Applies to EarnzonePro app & earnzone.co.in

01 Before you start

You can delete your EarnzonePro account at any time, and you do not have to give a reason. Deletion is permanent — there is no way to restore an account or its balance once the request has been processed.

Deleting your account forfeits any unredeemed coin balance. If you have a withdrawal in progress, let it complete before you request deletion — a pending payout is cancelled along with the account.

02 Deleting from inside the app

This is the fastest route, and it takes effect immediately.

  1. Open the EarnzonePro app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm when the app asks. You may be asked to sign in again first — that check exists so nobody else can delete your account from an unlocked phone.

Your account and its data are removed as soon as you confirm, and you are returned to the sign-in screen.

03 Deleting without the app

If you have already uninstalled EarnzonePro, or cannot sign in, email us instead:

We will confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days, and usually far sooner. We will never ask you for a password, PIN or OTP to process a deletion request — if a message claiming to be from EarnzonePro does, it is not from us.
